Some of our services, like Designer on Demand, work best as a monthly subscription. But we also take on one-time branding, production, or strategy projects when the scope is a fit.

Absolutely.
In fact, many of our projects are collaborative across multiple Houses.
For example, a brand launch might begin in the Brand House, pass through the Creative House for direction, and then move into Production for content creation.
We structure it so you get a seamless, end-to-end experience.

Timelines vary depending on project scope, complexity, and which House(s) are involved.
A single logo or flyer might take 3–5 business days, while a full brand rollout or campaign production may take several weeks.
During onboarding, we’ll set clear expectations and deadlines that work for both sides.

Just head to our Start a Project page and fill out the inquiry form. The more detail you give us, the better we can scope the work.
If we need more info, we’ll follow up with a Discovery Call before building your custom quote or proposal.

Most projects include up to two rounds of revisions unless otherwise specified. That gives us enough space to fine-tune and perfect the work without dragging the process out unnecessarily. If you need additional revisions beyond that, we’re happy to accommodate—additional time will simply be billed or deducted from your service hours if you’re on a subscription.

Yes.
Once your final invoice is paid or your project is marked complete, you’ll receive full ownership and usage rights to all approved deliverables.
We retain rights only for portfolio use (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
Need exclusivity or white label? Just let us know upfront.

We do offer light copy support—like headlines, taglines, and basic formatting—for most projects.
If you need deeper messaging work (like full campaigns, websites, or content strategy), we can help you coordinate that through our Synergy Solutions structure.

Absolutely. We can design within your existing brand system, match your visual style, or even refine your assets as needed.
We’ll ask for your brand guide, logo files, fonts, or previous materials upfront to make sure we stay consistent and aligned. If you DON'T have those things we can match your design and create them for your future use too!
